yeah because i believe ourctime now is a time for preparation for whay's to come and so my child would continue such preparation. our idea of time is different from that of heaven. Second Coming can take long loooong years of preparation. the bottom line is it's better to be orepared than be sorry

I would say you don't know which option is better unless your God. Being ruler might lead to assassination attempts but not giving them the throne might also lead to assassination by the adopted king who is worried about being replaced by the biological child of the monarch.
