Would you be kind of angry if someone you live with got a cat, and they make you do most of the work?

A little over a month ago my mom got a cat. I did go with her to get the cat, and showed some intrest, but she picked the cat out and bought it, so its hers. Anyways, she makes me clean the litter box. If I don't then it will go days without being cleaned. She doesn't play with the cat so I do. If the cat is slightly annoying in her room, then she will yell at me to come get the cat and bring it in my room. Oh, i also make sure the cat is fed everyday. I don't know if my mom would even remember to do so.

didn't you know that boomers had kids just so they could force them to do everything for them? that's what's happening here. your mom has no boundaries or responsibilities. "i brought you into this world, the least you could do is clean the litter for me" "i put a roof over your head, the least you could do-" etc... so annoying.

this cat is yours now. your mom is an awful pet owner. borderline abusive actually.

That would technically make the cat mine, so no I wouldn’t be annoyed… I just scored a cat for free lol.
But if you didn’t want one I can see why that’s annoying.
