Does the Northside take child abuse cases more seriously then the Southside?

I remeber growning up in Texas I try to get help but no adult believe me. A few time my mom would live the house for days living me at age 12 to watch adter my younger siblings. I didnwent to a school counselor but she tough I was over reacting. Dallas CPS did came to the house thebsocial worker told me to be a good child listen obey and appreciate. I bet if my mom live in a mobile him we would be taken away. My mom would recieve $5,000 each my brother and I you would had touhj my brotherand I we be well taken care of and fed. My brother and I we would get dress from hand me downs from ther people not that is a bad thing. Heaven knows what happend to that money. I lost count how many times I went to slep without a meal. My mom would used food as a form of punishment. Till this day she blames me that it is my fault that she lost the baby in her weird world she claims weird situation because I didn't even exist yet according to my mom and family that baby due date was September of 1991 , I wasn't born until January of 1993 . Even she blames me andmy brother that my dad divorce her because we ruin her body made her fat when in reality she cheated on my dad. Physical abuse was a huge thing growing up. My grandmother who mivenin a different state did try to get custedy of us so did other relatives that live. in a different state. This one time I couldn't take the abuse anymore I called my aunt who alsoive outsidenof state. My mom got extremely mad and I didn't get food for a whe week. Does Texas CPS system doesn't care about a. Childs well being?

Being left alone to take care of yourself and younger siblings isn't abuse it is called giving you responsibilities. So if that was the only thing you presented to CPS, they wouldn't have a reason to do anything. The verbal and physical abuse and denial of food on the other hand are grounds for removal. I don't know if North Dallas or South Dallas CPS does a better job. However, I would hope that if you presented your full case to them they would remove you and your brother.

How is that not abuse on your book? Now that I am 30 I wonder what was my mom useless bran thinking? I havenephews andneices that age my sister would never live them home alone for an hour much less days. No it is not teaching the child responsibility. You really don't understand. I bet if this happend in NY we would have been taken away.
