LOL I had the same problem when I met my wife's family. She has 10 brothers and sisters. Some of them were married and had kids.
I spent time on the airplane trying to memorize all their names. But when I got there, it was just a chaotic mass of people. I couldn't associate names to faces. And I'm not very good with names in the first place.

It took me years to remember all their names by sight.

So I can relate to your trepidation.

But there's nothing you can do, so don't be worried about it. They'll understand.
You can fake it at first. Be friendly. Learn the names of his parents and grand parents first. You'll get to know the rest of them eventually.

Stick close to your boyfriend, and admit you're uncertain of who everyone is.

Both my siblings-in-law went through the same thing; my brother's wife spent hours pouring over the flowchart and eventually got it. My sister's husband tried, but his eyes still glaze over if he thinks about it too long.

Don't treat them all as interchangeable, and they'll probably understand that it's hard for someone new to keep track of.
