How do you tell a toxic friend you no longer want to be their friend? my husband thinks I should call the cops on her?

We were friends for thirty five years until this incident with my husband.

I have helped her so much financially and paid for her to go on cruises and she has done nothing with her life.

She has a toxic relationship with her elderly mother. She is a waitress and works at bath and body works. Her teenage mgr. Kicked me out he thought I was drunk because I was crouching behind the register when I saw her. My fremeny says my husband made a pass at her and had acted really gross towards her. At my Halloween party. He said that's not what happened. I believe my husband. He wants to sue or have her car towed or call the cops and have her arrested the next time she drops off Junior league stuff or mails me stuff. I really don't know how to say I dislike her tacky presents she sends through the amazon.

I have bipolar. So sometimes I hate people and sometimes I don't.

People at book club and jr League think I am nuts now that I lied and said I had to leave her birthday brunch because my sister died and ten minutes after my sister came in. My sister wants to know why I keeps telling people she is dead.

I sent her a card saying I enjoyed seeing my fremeny for her birthday. she is like you left?

I texted my fremeny that she has the wrong number. She texted back that my husband keeps calling her breathing and being belligerent she can hear me in my the background. I honestly didn't know he was calling her.

What should I do?

I have warned people about her and the one server said she is not the crazy one? I had this happen with my other friend too?

I don't know why everyone wants my husband. They say he is harassing them. He says they want him. i don't know who to believe.
