Do you have a friend that acts retarded sometimes?

I have a friend that gets mad when I can't always hang out with him. I run a seasonal business, so I have more time at certain times of the year to hang out. Well it's been the off season and business picked up this week so I took advantage of it. I don't see why a friend would get mad about this. Bills gotta be paid! it's so annoying sometimes. I'm sure everyone has a friend that has his or her quirks that you have to kind of tip toe around. They're a great friend but it's just one of those things you have to deal with. Opinions?

I guess what I'm getting at is he gets in one of his moods and I doubt it's even me that's irritating him. Then he gets mad when I can't always hang out, so he sometimes pulls the guilt trip bs.

i don't think retarded is the correct word here. he just seems... spoiled? anyone that doesn't understand when you can't hang out with them is just a very self centered friend. basically, your friend is toxic. not retarded (pretty offensive term)
