If I live with my mom and 2 brothers who are over 18, is it fair that my mom only charges me rent?

It sounds like she wants you to leave so she's taxing you. So when she gets old and needs your help paying the bills because the social security isn't going as far as it use to due to inflation and her property taxes have gone up, and her roof is starting to leak, just tell her for a monthly rent you can let her hang out at your house when it's raining real hard.

I agree. However one of my brothers doesn't work so he can't pay anything. The other brother isn't on the lease so technically he isn't liable to pay rent. I'm on the lease so I'm responsible for paying rent.
