I was out with a group of friends including my male friend and his wife. I gently touched his arm during conversation and his wife gave me a glare. Was I wrong to do this? Should I stop?

You 100% know - as does any remotely attractive woman - that breaking the touch barrier is a sign for a woman that she is even a little interested. Women don’t touch men (or allow them to touch them, unless there is a special circumstance around it) they aren’t attracted to.
