My sister moved my niece to another school. They school somehow couldn't do much about her bully, a taller female her age. Both girls are 16 year-olds. The bully is 5'8, heavier than her too and knows how to fight but has used some of her martial arts technique to bully. She has group of followers too.

She has gotten suspended before and the father would come to protest about it. The girl bullied a boy too. The girl even stole money and items from her own father but he refused to press charges. He did absolutely nothing to stop his daughter's bullying and bad behaviors, keeps believing it's a phase she'll outgrow. Though he has thoughts about taking her to counseling. The mother lost custody because she's a drug addict and had several DUI charges.

The guy sure doesn't like anyone talking bad about his daughter, even if it was true, even if he saw the evidencie with his own eyes. That's how blind he is. His girl can't do no wrong.

The bully got kicked out of a martial arts academy a week shy of getting her black belt. They deemed her as no longer trainable because she tried to use her skills to bully.

It is called NOT MY CHILD SYNDROME. With no chance of getting help from the school, they usually sweep it under the carpet or lie about what happened to protest the school's reputation. Happened to my granddaughter till she got lucky and caught the bully before she got hit and then the granddaughter got suspended of all things for fighting back. So get used to it It will not change unless you find a law that fits your situation and have the bull arrested as we did, and a bunch of parents of other bullied kids filed complaints against the bully at the same time and it stopped, only because the bully turned 18 yo and subjected to arrest as an adult no hiding as a minor anymore

How is she being bullied? Schools have a legal obligation to protect all students from bullying.

She would get harassed by that girl and her friends on the hallways, sometimes shoved by her and cornered on a hall, stalked on her phone with insulting messages and once did a twisting arm technique that pushed her into the ground and laughed.
Yes schools have an obligation but it's like they didn't do too much. She's in another school now and her FB account is restricted.

Yes I do but that's my niece that was getting bullied and my sister shared me the news. We were all worried.

Seriously? Not a single guy in the school who can put a 5'8 girl in place?

That girl isn't your typical average Jane, she's somewhat popular and apparently is also surrounded by now just female friends but male minion friends too.

All it takes is one big dude breaking her jaw , tell the boys that they're below 18 so they won't have a lot of consequences
