I think what will eventually happen for us at least, will be our daughter will team/group up with her girlfriends and between all us parents would jointly pay for them to go in style.

With regards to our son, we will happily leave it up to him and his mates as to what they wish or choose to do.

Fortunately we still have some twelve years or more to save up for this one off occasion.

No, I wouldn't. I'd just drive them. I mean, if it was really important to them, I might consider it. I just think it's overkill. There are other ways to makes them feel special, especially my daughter. Pedicure, manicure, hair, dress, makeup, shoes, date to the prom, etc.

I can get them a stretch limo or everybody can split it the families whoever is going in it, as long as they’re home on time and no cheating going against the parents rules or going to hotel doing hanky-panky that’s my biggest concern after I would never want my virgin daughter to sleep around on her prom night. That would absolutely disgust me. But I don’t have any children
