So my dad asked if i wanted to go to the carwash job Tomorrow. Before i even could answer my dad said "yes" then i said "now that you answered on my behalf, I won't do it, don't answer on my behalf im not a child" i would have gone if it wasn't for that. I just think its straight up disrespectful and arrogant to do this on my behalf.

You wanted to go anyway and only declined as a means of protest. Now that you've voiced your disappointment in being chosen for, he understood the message, go back to work now.

It’s always a good thing to stand up for yourself & in life for every action there could be a reaction so be careful when speaking because your words can bite you in the ass. As for your father if you are still living at home I would laugh if he kicks you out & if you are living at home being that you are not a child that means you are an adult so either you should be paying rent or finding another place to live.

As for the car wash are you getting paid to work there?
