Why does my cousin from abroad who lives 3,000 miles away guilt trip me to text her everyday?

Yesterday i spoke to her all throughout the day and i didn't text her today and she will text why am quiet today or am i ok…. Tbh why can't she just come back when she has more meaningful stuff to talk about every so often. My boyfriend says im plastered to my phone when i speak to her and not doing anything else

If it were me, I would tell her that if I don’t respond right away, I’m busy and will text back as soon as possible

Delaying the responses doesn’t do much she will honestly text back within 2 seconds any way. Then she will just ask more questions/ big paragraphs
