How can I fix my daughters they don’t listen and do whatever they want :( ?

Reward and punishment. Until they obey, don't pay for anything except food and simple inexpensive clothes that you choose. Don't give an allowance, don't pay for their cell phone service, and don't provide any transportation that is not necessary. Discontinue cable-TV service. Password protect your cell phone and computer if you have one.

I would probably throw my hand up in despair and let whatever happens happen. Or else maybe call my ex and tell him "Since you are undermining my efforts at discipline, I am sending the children to live with you for a few months. Perhaps you will be able to make them behave."

Well discipline is supposed to start early, if you are just now trying to discipline them in their teen aged years... all I can say is good luck.

Well, as you know, that is typical at their ages. I'd advise deciding what's most important and enforcing those things while giving them some freedom in other areas.

Who is the parent? The kids or you. I don’t care what they say. Everybody’s gonna always say I’m gonna tell mommy I’m gonna tell Daddy take care of your business. Don’t let the kids rule the Roost. They don’t behave themselves tell them that you’re going to put them in military school and send them off. They’ll freak out believe me and they’ll behave.
