How to deal with my mom's new boyfriend?

its been 2 years since my mom have had a break up with her Ex, now she is dating with a other guy, his behavior is very rude and arrogant with me, he try to bully me sometimes as well, besides when he come to my home he acts like he owns the house and he own all of us , he often hugs my mom tightly, pat on her back and even kiss her, I have a 19 years old sister and now he also hugs her same like my mom and even few times he pat on her back same like my mom, this made me irritated and angry but my mom just ignore his activities, few days ago he asked me to take pics when he stood between my mom and sister grabbing their waist just like he is boyfriend of both,

he is 6'3 tall and very structured guy, so I fear to confront him physically but I don't know how to deal with him also with this situation?

Something the streets taught me is that any life is fragile and no matter his built or height, they all bleed and break the same, there's weak points in the human body, knee caps are irreplaceable, you break those and he will never walk the same, a hit to the nose in an upward position can be a fatal blow, a good blow to the angles can cripple any form of defense cause he won't even be able to stand, I can keep going considering I haven't even gotten to the element of surprise or weaponry, anything can be used as a weapon and if I'm not mistaken some things won't be counted as weapons in the court of law, if I'm not mistaken the definition of a weapon is anything designed to cause damage or bodily harm, depending on where you live, there might be a loophole, I'm not recommending this way of justification but if desperate measures, you never know.

its my mom's house, I study in college and live with my mom and a sister

my mom is not blind so she can understand his behavior with me and also how he hugs and touch my sister as well, but it seems my mom just wanted to have a boyfriend for a long time and she is not willing to listen any complain against him.

okay, i will talk to my mom about this but I feels like she ignores many things by her own, do you think its appropriate if he hugs my mom and even pat on her back in front me and he did same with my sister, may be my mom should have objected at once there.
