My bd threatened to kill me and our 4 months son. I got to police involved & he told them he said that just to make me mad. Do you think that's okay?

One day he act all loving towards me and our son next day he threatened us. I didn't like that. That's why I want to leave him regardless what he say.

Me yes but our son probably not. I said yes to me because he put his hands on me plenty of times I try to leave him and he want to take my son away so I feel helpless

Yaa, in my honest opinion he would hurt your son as well. If he is already putting his hands on you, it will only take one thing to make him so mad that he'll hurt you worse than just putting his hands on you. He is trying to scare you into staying, but don't be afraid to leave. Do you have any family you can go and stay with to where he can't find you? Anyone you'll be safe with? He will try to scare you into staying, but DON'T listen to him, be as careful about leaving as possible but you have to find a way. Does he work and leave you at home alone by any chance?

Yes he work. No he don't leave at home alone. He got issues. One day he good the next day he snap at me for no reason. I can't keep dealing with that. I want to leave for good.

Yes, you definitely need to find a way to get away from him. Maybe when he goes to work, if you can contact someone in your family to help you out and you stay with them. If you do end up leaving get a restraining order, and then never leave your house alone. At least go with someone else. If it's at all possible to get out of the same town even state as him if you can

I try to work it out with him but nothing changed. Im so depressed everyday.
