Would you disown one, both, or neither if your best friend slept with your parent?

Question

Let’s say its your best friend for life and at the time you’re both at least 18. Let’s say your parents are vey active in your life (in this scenario… so if they passed away, I truly am sorry for your loss). If you have a guy friend, he slept with your mom. If you have a friend girl, she slept with your dad. If one of your parents or friends were gay, um then I guess your parent/friend is in this scenario too 🤷‍♀️

I saw a horrible comment on here regarding someone sleeping with someone their kid’s age. And then it reminded me of the weird situations back in HS and how there was actually some coaches, principals, and even parents screwing certain male and female students.

I personally would disown a parent if they EVER considered that. And as for a friend, I’d be done with them with a quickness.

Yea that’s pretty messed up to be honest with you , something I would never do to one of my kids , not going to lie , I been tempted before , but I don’t follow through , I couldn't imagine having sex with one of my daughters’ friends or my son’s girlfriends’ My relationship with my children is way more important then a piece of ass , My son is 19 and he has girl friends that come over that sometimes flirt with me and get all giggly with me and say some sexual things to me , Not going to lie some of them are very attractive but I just laugh it off and take it as jokes and tell them sorry , but thank you for the compliments. If they weren’t friends with my kids , then that be a different story lol. Sadly some people can’t resist temptations and sadly shit like this happens more than we like to think it does , I would only follow through with it , if there was no connection to my kids , or anyone that is close to me that I consider a good friend

My emotions are very unfair illogical about this.

If my best freind age 20 was with my pa age 40 great.

But if he with ma age 40 n she divorced, i feel like ma should stick with her age.

I would definitely tell her we are never talking again. The guy, well same as with any 40 year old woman, unnatural to be attracted to infertility age. I would judge him but not disown.

In a way this unfair is really logical kuz pa 40 to gal 20 is natural n instinct.

Well I just can't picture my father ever doing that, and he's been married to my mom for over 30 years. So yeah I would, since he'd be cheating on her. And I'd whoop my "friend's" ass for being a home wrecking slut, cause no one messes with my mom.

And if it's a scenario where my father was single, yeah I'd stop talking to them. That's weird. I might talk to my father after a while but never talk to the friend again for sure, and of course a friend isn't the same thing as a father so yeah obviously there's a difference.

I don't know.. I would be very grossed out. In my hs there were girls I knew sleeping with peoples dads. Also this guy I knew his mom left his dad for his friend, that was crazy!!
In this scenario I think I would ditch my friend and I wouldn't disown my parent but I would be disgusted by them and I would view them differently, like ewww 😂 I would never bring my friends around them again..

Well if I disowned the friend they would still be in the picture with my parent, if I disowned my parent, they would be with the friend.
There is no scenario that is a win…. You feel cheated, lied to, devastated, and awful then it is in your face.

Why?

My best friend, who is a man, is gay. He came out when we were like 13. I've known him since the 2nd grade. Ironically enough we lost our virginity to eachother when we were 17 (long story).

So, if he and my mom were to ever sleep together, I'd be too shocked to be mad that it happened. I'd be too focused on wondering HOW IN THE FUCK?

I have slept with 2 of my school buddies moms, with more than a few of my college buddies moms, few of my college buddies sisters and aunts. I know it's questionable on whether it's right, but we are human and chemistry just works in ingenious ways. Shit happens. So because I have done it, I won't be able to disown my friend or parent.

But if I DID, then I would disown the parent. The parent should be more mature than that because of more life experience less hormones etc. Also I'd disown the parent because my parents are dicks anyway.

I don't disown people. I try to accept them for who and what they are. IN this case, I would probably limit my contact with both of them, and not share any intimate details, but I would not completely disown them.
