Is admitting feelings as much of a betrayal for guys as it is for girls?

Hear this so much from girls who have a guy friend start to like them. It's obvious he likes her but when he is bold and admits it.

She just feels betrayed and the friendship is dead!

Yet a lot of girls slowly get feelings for Thier guy friends too but when they admit it they are welcomed usually.

Very big betrayal and it ends the friendship

It happens as long as we are not awkward

Might date her after

How dare she get feelings we are friends only!

This is only a girl's thing!

I'm not sure what you mean by betrayal. I don't care how attractive I find a woman. I would never elevate the friendship unless she wanted to.

How would you know she wanted to if she won't tell you?
To the girls it feels like he betrayed her by wanting to be more then her friend.

She'd pretty much have to tell me that's how. Well if she feels betrayed that's ok. We don't have to date. There's other women that will. That's how I found the girlfriend that became my wife. She asked me out. Then later she proposed to me. I think she just knew what she wanted. Don't punish yourself because there are a lot of women that don't there are women that do. And you only need one that does.
