What are some effective ways for parents to stay engaged and monitor their child's progress in preschool?

The problem here is unless you have a duplicate account that is going to spam your advert (it will be frozen) then you just failed miserably at spamming. If this is in the off chance not spam then you are asking the wrong forum as I suspect most of the users here don't have kids. I do know that some do but most do not and would have no idea. I don't have any but can take a guess. I think probably the most effective way would be to check with the teachers regularly. I think at the end of each week when you pick up your kid you can have a conversation with the teachers and see how the progress is going. No rocket science.

LOL Teacher here. Your school most likely has a student management system app. It will tell you everything! Absences latenesses grades missing homework of coming home work and lots more. If they don't have a digital app, you can always talk to the administrator or guidance counselor and ask the at the kid be put on a weekly progress report but that's not really the best way to go about it because in my school it was to be completed at the end of the week after class and that just made them lead to every class on Fridays. The teacher would fill it out hurriedly because I have to get to there next class and it's just not the best way to do it

I think in pre school , for the most part it just means " jack " , I'd purely focus on polite interaction with others , sharing , fun , and exercise , there is not too much to monitor , just the social and interaction element , just be very supportive and encourage your child without being a pathetic " helicopter " parent , let the child know that its fine to win , but also normal to loose , good luck , its good to be interested , just not too interested.
