Friend is never their for me, but is always asking me for money what should I do?

So I went through a bad break up thay cause me to lose everything... I expected my friend to be there for me but she wasn't. I called her out on this her reply was if am such a bad friend, why do you talk to me?""""" Told me i just wanted to be treated like her boyfriend, who she treats like a king yet cheated on him a day after saying that and now she doesn't contract me at all unless she needs money or something. I feel angry since when I was with my ex-girlfriend who hated my friend ann , my friend would text me 247. Now I haven't heard from her for weeks. She messaged me 2 months ago ago that her mom passed out and she needed money... turned out mom ended up dying. Anyway, she finally messaged me again asking for money because she had no food to feed her kids, and her boyfriend stopped working.
I have always been a good friend to her, i helped her when she was a single mom and had no one. I feel bad that her mom has died, but she has made zero effect in the past 14 months to be here for me. I told her I was giving her a chance to fix her mistake but she's done nothing.
