Are men or women easier to get along with and why?

I find men are easier to get along with generally, I find some women cause a lot of emotional distress in me whenever I’ve had female friends. However, it does make me wonder whether the men are only nice to get in my pants but I don’t get any sexual vibes off them. But recently I’ve found some decent female friends and also encountered some really emotionally unstable men who gossip and cause loads of issues. So it made me think of this question.

Why one or another, or both? It all depends on your personality, previous experiences, life story, parents and all the usual jazz.

I get along with both genders, and I usually try to get a blend of genders out of a group situation. But there are personalities I definitely don't get along with, that is not gender-based. As I observed, when blending fitting personalities, genders are not an issue for anyone in a group. I saw it becoming an issue when people are anticipating something negative from a gender because they perceive it as associated to a gender instead of a personality.

I never considered any woman as my friend.
I don't know why I always see some superior feeling inside them.

From my school and college experience

They used to talk to me only when they needed help with their projects, files and assignments.
I always initiated the conversation first on some funny or general topic, never seen a girl doing this.
Very few times girls sat or walked with me when they were lonely and bored in the class. 2-3 times only.
Some talkative girls have a voice so loud and have no ears to listen to the replies.

I never had any such problem with guys.

Personally i find it easier to get along with women in real life but on internet weirdly I can go along with both easily. I guess I'm too shy in real life to go along with them.

It's not weird, it's very much logical: On internet, we are all automatically safe, physically speaking. So, if you had previous or actual experiences of danger with men, and I know you have, then this danger doesn't apply on internet, physically speaking.

In general, I find women easier to get along with because I find a strange woman easier to trust implicitly than a strange man.

From my POV, women. Men are more defensive to other men. It COULD be seen as homosexual! Mustn't have that!

No idea whether women or men are easier to get along with. This depends on the involved individuals. There are assholes and nice people on both sides. Case sensitive I'd say.

It has always been very dependent on the person to me. Sometimes it's a guy, other times a woman.

I know that women talk and men like to brag. As for getting along with one sex or the other. Depends on how thin skinned and sensitive they are! Either can be close personal friends or total enemies.
