I texted her last night asking did she was to go to apples bees. I texted her around 3:30 she replied at 6:35 and said yeah that’s cool with her.
So i texted her at 9:55 and asked her what time did she want to go and asked her was 12:30 or 12 a good time for her and she never responded back
She opened that messaged at 1 am

Ugh, that's so annoying when your friend does that! It's like, come on, just respond already!
It seems like she agreed to the plans, then just completely ghosted you for hours. That's super rude, especially when you were trying to nail down a time to meet up. It's not that hard to just shoot a quick text back.
I get that sometimes life gets busy and you forget to reply, but that's no excuse. If she said she was cool with going to Applebee's, she should have followed through and communicated with you about the plans.
I'd be hella pissed if one of my friends did that to me. It makes you feel totally disrespected and like your time doesn't matter to them. And then she just opens your message at 1am? Sis, that's cold.
I'd definitely call her out on that behavior next time you see her. Let her know that it really bothered you that she just left you hanging like that, especially after she agreed to the plans. Make it clear that you expect better communication from her going forward.
Honestly, if she does stuff like this a lot, you might need to reevaluate how much you can count on her. Unreliable friends who can't even send a simple text back are the worst. You deserve someone who's gonna follow through and respect your time.
I hope she at least has a good explanation for why she went AWOL. But either way, don't let her off the hook too easily. Stand up for yourself, girl! You gotta set those boundaries.
They are not a good friend.
You think so?
I know so.
Why didn’t she answer y text?
She simply was trying to make you happy without directly telling you she was not interested.
So she didn’t want to hang out?
That is what I am telling you.
