I want to help but how?

So hear the thing. One of my closest friends had to move her and her kids out of her house. Her husband cheated on her with her bestfriend well her son was battling cancer. Her husband left her for the bestfriend. And sold the house my friend and her kids were living in. So she moved in with one her friends. But the chicks kinda crazy. She has kids too but only sees em every other weekend. She went off on my friend and it’s only been a week. My friends 8month pregnant. I’m just getting a place today. It’s a country home. But the deal for me to get this place is not to be a party person and don’t have other people over too much. My friend just messaged me if she can move in. I want her to but I don’t wanna risk of losing the roof over my kids head. My landlord is friends with my Tia. Any advice on what to do please?

Talk to your landlord about it and explain the situation to them. Try to see what the conditions are for having someone else with kids are in moving in. Then if he allows it, talk to your friend about it. But if she is able to move in with her kids, you gotta lay down the rules and help with paying rent. Yeah it sucks what she’s going through but like you said; you just moved into a country home and don’t wanna do anything to lose it. Gotta make it clear with her. And if your landlord says it’s ok, have your friend meet the landlord too so it’ll give the landlord a piece of mind knowing they have responsible tenants. Moving in with friends is very risky. It can go well or it can go badly and ruin the friendship.
