How do you deal with a friend who has an evil girlfriend/boyfriend?

Has your friend ever dated someone who was evil, using them, verbally abusive, and just an awful person? Did you try to tell your friend about their evil ways? Did the boyfriend/girlfriend threaten to break up your friendship to keep them from you? How do you deal with someone YOU KNOW is not healthy for your friend?

It happens and a lot of times everyone can see it except for them…. Because they know how to play people narcissists and other dark personalities can put on a facade as if they’re someone they’re not.

But if that person begins targeting you…. It’s not your boyfriend or girlfriend so… You aren’t obligated to deal with their shit it’s a sad thing if you don’t get to see someone anymore because they’re too wrapped up in them. But you have to protect yourself. These people feel entitled to attack and control everyone they can put their hands on. Including within 5 degrees of separation of the person they got.

Well if I have a female friend and her boyfriend is way too talk to her or insane then I guess I would just have to stop talking to her

i'd stop associating with the both of them. it's sad but... i just don't want to deal with that and i know my friend wouldn't listen to me if they were in that situation so. i'd like to stay out of others problems. i didn't used to be like that, but once you've dealt with stuff, you kind of just don't want more problems on top of your own problems

It is not worth it. My advice to anyone in that situation, is just to end the friendship. Especially, if the friend is not listening about how bad their boyfriend is. At the end of the day, you will also get hurt.

Personally I cut them off. Even if it's a friend who has an evil sibling or wingman/wingwoman. They get cut off. My patience for such bs has vanished.

My friend's wife is a psycho narcissist who thinks she can do whatever she wants, thinks she's like a mob boss or something. Meanwhile, her stupid shit has caused her to lose a profitable insurance brokerage business.
