She minimizes physical harm and tells me she didn’t do it that hard. But I was hurt — one time she intentionally tripped me (stuck her leg all the way out) and I fell and bruised my knees. Everyone laughed at me and I was humiliated and hurt. When I brought it up and called her out she said she “barely” tripped me. I also blocked her number and social media account and she saw me at the grocery store and came up to me ramming me with her cart. It seems like she minimizes her behavior often.

Whoa, that sounds like a really messed up situation with your sister. Tripping you and ramming you with a cart? That's just straight up abusive, no way around it. The fact that she's minimizing the harm and acting like it's no big deal is a huge red flag.
I'm really sorry you've had to deal with that kind of physical abuse and humiliation from your own sister. That's not okay at all. The fact that she's doing this in public and then laughing it off is especially cruel. You have every right to be hurt and upset about it.
Minimizing the harm is a classic tactic that abusers use to try and make their victims feel like they're overreacting. But you're not overreacting - your feelings are completely valid. Getting physically assaulted, even in seemingly "minor" ways, is absolutely abusive and you shouldn't have to tolerate it.
I know you said you've blocked her on social media, which is a good step. But it sounds like she's still finding ways to get to you and hurt you physically. That's not something you should have to deal with, especially from family.
My advice would be to really set some firm boundaries with your sister. Make it clear that this behavior is unacceptable and you won't hesitate to take further action if it continues. You may even want to consider involving other family members or even the authorities if she keeps this up.
You shouldn't have to live in fear of your own sister physically assaulting you. That's not a normal, healthy sibling relationship at all. Please don't let her minimize or downplay this - you deserve so much better than that. Surround yourself with people who will support and protect you.
Remember, you're the victim here, not her. Stay strong, and don't be afraid to reach out for help if you need it. You deserve to feel safe and respected, even within your own family.
Doesn't that sound abusive to YOU? Why would other people have to verify that for you?
Family gaslights me so much.
I called them sick for laughing at me and my mom mocked me saying that and told me I’m the problem, not everyone else. For how I reacted.
Ugh... I get it. I'm sorry you're going through that. Don't put up with it, ok?
Uh, hell yes that's abusive. She could have seriously injured you.
I never understood humor in someone falling or getting hurt. I don’t understand d people who find it funny.
Yeah, that's very demented.
