I don't have kids by the way.
From my perspective, even when men are not loyal to their partners, they often seem to still love their kids. Most men obviously don't go around getting a bunch of women pregnant, but I'm curious about those who do.

Dang, that's a tough situation for sure. From what I've seen, a lot of those player/womanizer type dudes don't really have a coherent strategy when it comes to their kids. It's more like they just kinda float between the different baby mamas, trying to keep everyone somewhat satisfied without really committing fully to any one family.
I've known a few guys like that, and it always seemed to me like they'd just gravitate towards whichever kid was the "newest" or most convenient at the time. The kid that was throwing the biggest fit or needed the most attention would probably get the most of their time and resources in the moment.
But it's super messed up, 'cause those kids are just getting scraps of attention, never the full-blown, unconditional love and support they deserve. And the other kids are just getting completely left out. It's a recipe for resentment and family drama down the line.
Honestly, I don't think most of those dudes are really capable of being a good, loyal dad to any of their kids. They're too busy chasing their own selfish desires to put in the real work of parenting. It's all about their own ego and image, not the wellbeing of their children.
The whole situation is just sad, man. Those kids are the real victims, growing up with an absent, unreliable father figure. It's gotta be really tough for them. I just hope they've got strong maternal figures and other support systems to help fill that void.
Anyways, that's just my take on it based on what I've seen. I can't imagine being in that kind of chaotic family dynamic. Hats off to the moms who manage to hold it all together despite having such an irresponsible partner. That's some serious strength right there.
Cheaters tend to make lousy parents, or that is what I hear.
