Hi, all

I would like to update you. My baby boy Kenneth Archer was born on Thursday 15, 2025 at 37 weeks via C-section. I have to admit to being taken by surprise because my due date was set for June 8th. I ended up have a premature born rupture of the membrane without even going to labor, without even having contractions; painless. This means my water broke and if they had kept inducing me then my baby and I would've ran the risk of having infections. So they had to do an emergency C-section.

So yeah I'm a first time mother and my parents are grandparents for the first time. Everything happens so fast doesn't it? Now I'm going to pick up my husband from the airport. He's coming over to see our newborn son.

Congratulations. If you think it's been fast so far you're in for a shock. Days will feel like an eternity but his birthday will hit you before you're ready for it.

My son is 6 years and 9 months and I swear he was only born last week. Enjoy every frustrating, poop-covered second!

Thank you. It's indeed sad how things have changed between men and women. There are things men are great at and I think we should be glad of our differences. The genders weren't meant to compete against each other but to complement one another, similiar to a fork and a knife.
