What will you do if that comes to all states?
This stems from the fact that one third of all children DNA tested came back where the father was not the father of the child.
It's probably a good idea to protect men that got cheated on or whatever. The actual biological father's should be taking responsibility for their children, not passing it off on to some other guy who doesn't know any better. If the woman in the equation is honest, then she should have no problem with it. If she's unsure who the father is, then she might be nervous to get the results.
Probably not a bad idea.
If he still wants to be involved in the kids life that is fine, but if he doesn't then he knows that the kid is not his, and someone has some explaining to do.
Nothing? Is there something we're supposed to do? I guess aside from checking the receipts and making sure they're not charging for us for their dumb crap
I support it considering paternity fraud is a thing. There have been stories where a maid, who was responsible for cleaning a hotel room of a basket ball star, stole a used condom full of his, got her self pregnant with it, and he was forced to pay her child support because of her shitty actions.
I think dna testing forces people to be honest.
In a way I agree with you, on that same token I know 6 father's where I'm from who are on child support for children that aren't theirs. And the laws state that even if the biological father is found it's unlikely that they will be taken off of child support.
I don't disagree, my point though is if dna testing had been mandatory at birth, thsts six men who would not have been stuck on cs.
In all 50 states, if a father is been the father for more than a year, and divorce happens, and it's later proven he is not the father, he is still on the hook for cs.
Oh and here is a fun one. A while back in my state, an 11 year old boy was raped by his babysitter. She got pregnant from it, and he was forced to pay support, even though he was raped by the mother. Additionally said rape victim has also been denied the right to be a father to said child, so he has to pay, and he has no right to his own offspring. It's evil. Oh and this was a supreme court case so it's precident setting and the law of the land now.
That is what happens when leftists are in charge of your legal system.
But where is your source for that alleged law, that's what I'm asking.
Yes this is what happens when leftists are in charge of the justice system, they use a minority problem as an excuse to strip everyone else of their rights. They want to use a few weak-minded whores who can't pick good women as an excuse force every other parent to give them their DNA, just like they want to use a few violent criminals as an excuse to force everyone else to give them their guns. Absolutely pathetic.
Does that mean we will not have to hear you guys bitch about this stuff as if it is rampant? I am all for it then.
Lmao keep telling your self that child.

If the father is married to the mother and wants to raise the child, what's the point of the DNA test. A DNA test should only be used when someone is looking for child support and the man disputes his genetic paternity of the child.
1/3rd? Damn.
Nothing , I can’t have kids
Sounds good to me
