How do you handle people who say it must nice not working full time and doing nothing all day when you take care of your mean ungrateful grandma?

I literally just glare at them or say you can come watch her tonight and put up with an eighty year pacing around and having temper tantrums if it's so fun.

She doesn't want me there but also doesn't want to pay for a nurse. Or a nursing home.

I am supposed to be receiving money every month but my grandma doles it out and gives it to me in five dollar or ten increments. So I have to use money from part time job for gas when she leaves it to almost running out.

My mom died of cancer last year and none of her other four kids speak to grandma.

I am so burnt out and over it?

It's ruined so many relationships with family and friends.

She keeps everything locked up like paper plates q tips bottled water toothpaste. I have to beg for them. It's ridiculous she is not poor. I have decided if I don't get money to live in and buy essentials I will not be doing this.

She also thinks I am Robbing her blind and lying about how much food and gas are. Even though I bring her receipts back.
