Possibly, although I don't see the cause-and-effect relationship here. I don't think that if you reduce salaries to courts, the courts are going to modify how they coddle women.

The judges will and do make rules based on money. The IRS calls it performance awards and award Judges $25,000 when they make rulings that favor them in income tax cases.
