How do I get over of being afraid to help my grandpa?

We aren't very close, but we get along great. I was over a little bit ago to visit my grandpa, and grandpa with my mom, and he asked if I could help him take apart an old deck tomorrow. I said yes, but I'm terrified, because he does get frustrated rather easily. Not with me really, but I've seen it before when he's interacting with other people. I also lack common sense, and make stupid mistakes, and I'm afraid he'll go off on me. How do I get rid of this anxiety?

Why don't you look at it like a kid would... instead of being afraid, be grateful they asked and confident you are there to help your grandparents because they couldn't do it without you! It's not going to be work. it's going to be fun! And so what if you get fussed at learn from your old man before he is gone. He will enjoy watching you mess up and learn to be better more then he will enjoy watching you do it right the first time. Life is about the journey this opportunity you have could be the last for you to bond with them. Go "play" with your grandparents, they love you and thats reason enough not to worry.
