Should I let my guy friend live with me?

I was laying down resting and all of a sudden, my guy friend texted me and asked me if he could stay with me for a while (this happened before) and I didn’t answer until now. He asked me to call him. So I did a half hour later. I asked “Why what happened?” Then he explained that his siblings got into a fight with him and they are mean disrespect and very rude to him (they don’t respect him and treat him like trash). Then he said he and his mom had enough and even his mom is snarky. He said I am the only one he can count on and he needs a place to stay.
He literally was crying his eyes out and he begged me to stay. I told him I don’t know and my aunt and uncle aren’t really having anybody staying with us right now.

He pause and said “Oh. But can’t you make room! I don’t wanna stay at my house anymore!” I asked him isn’t there any relatives he can stay with but he said they all live outta state and he doesn’t really talk to them. He said I’m his girlfriend and I need to be there for him.

I told him, “First of all I an not your girlfriend stop calling me that. I told you we’re just friends and second I’m sorry that is happening but can’t y’all work it out? You did this last time and things ended up being fine. I’ll have to ask because we aren’t having anybody living with us.”

He said thank you. He would have asked my best friend but he trusts me the most and I am the most special and amazing person he laid eyes on.
I didn’t ask my aunt and uncle yet. What do I do?

Every time this happens he always asks me if he can stay with me.

My guy friend and I are both autistic. He’s a sweet guy but he does have some behavioral problems but that’s because of his siblings and the drama.
He is independent but he needs someone with him when he’s out but he’s smart.
I on the other hand is also independent but I can do out and go places by myself. I know I have my moments of behaviors too but us dating isn’t going to work. I only like him as a friend.

Is there a free room where you live? That's the only way I could see it working. However, since you don't actually live on your own, it's not really your choice. If there's a free room and your aunt and uncle are okay with it, I don't see a problem with it.
