What should you do when you and your partner no longer trust each other?

That is not a small question.

First off, what do you want? Do you want to have the trust again and rebuild the relationship or not?

Why did the relationship lose trust? Something must have happened with one or both of you.

It's going to take work to rebuild it. Both internal and interpersonally. Is that something you want to put effort into?

For every single person on the planet, it is better to have a healthy relationship than not. So the goal should be having healthier relationships today than you did the day before.

Talk it through together or with a counselor, or end the relationship. Lack of trust is a deal-breaker.

Well you dont have a reason to not trust him it was you that did some pretty bad things so if he doesn't trust you then you have to work to earn it back
