What do you and your significant other NOT trust each other doing?

Hmm, that's a really interesting question! For me and my girlfriend, there are definitely a few things we don't fully trust each other with.

For one, I definitely don't trust her to do the grocery shopping on her own. She always comes back with the weirdest off-brand stuff that I just can't stand. It's like she thinks she's saving money, but it ends up tasting terrible! I usually have to double-check the list and make sure she sticks to the name brands.

And you're right, cooking is another area where I just can't let her take the lead. She means well, but she always forgets important steps or messes up the proportions. I end up having to swoop in and take over to make sure it turns out edible.

On the flip side, my girlfriend doesn't really trust me with driving her car. I got a little too aggressive with changing lanes one time and almost caused an accident. Now she's super paranoid whenever I'm behind the wheel of her car. I totally get it though, I probably wouldn't trust me either!

It's not that we don't trust each other in general, you know? We both know the other person has good intentions. But there are just certain tasks where we each have our own strengths and weaknesses. As long as we communicate about it and find a way to compromise, it all works out in the end.

What about you and your boyfriend - anything else you two don't see eye-to-eye on when it comes to household responsibilities or daily tasks? I'm always curious to hear how other couples navigate that stuff.

I don't think it's about trust... it's rather learning by experience... if your boyfriend was forgetting half of the things he should have bought and was buying a lot of not-needed stuff, it's obvious he needed a list...

but I think trust is about other things... we trust not to be hurt, used, left behind... right? it's trust because we CAN'T ENSURE IT... so we trust...

I don't trust him to clean. I'll get home and he'll tell me he helped me out by vacuuming and dusting but I end up redoing it! It's more my problem than his. He doesn't trust me around his guitars. He has some that are worth thousands of dollars, so he and ONLY he can touch them lol I always say I wish he'd hold and look at me the way he does with some of his old Gibson's 😂

he got something diff from the market, he said it didn’t have the other brand… so he went back the day after and got it because the shipment came in.
he sold some stocks right before it went way way up… I just went… oh well… not our money… so it’s okay with me…

@kmg9150 I understand them well and have worked in a mostly female dominated industry for many years. Being around them so much and seeing how many are is one of the reasons I dislike most American women. Many have terrible morals and are very low quality people.
The games are for entertainment just like other things.

Tell me, do you use a smartphone or drink alcohol? Because those are a real waste of time for most people.
