Those are two different things. You can visit him in jail and not forgive him, or you can forgive him and not visit him. I don't know what I'd do. It would depend on so many things, like what they did, and if they are really sorry for it. With him being in jail it's more complicated because is he really sorry, or sorry that he got caught. It's almost impossible to tell the to apart. If you aren't in therapy I'd start that right now, what ever you do, make sure you heal your trauma first.
