Can a mother secretly place a child for adoption without telling the father?

A little more detail. This woman, She was married to the guy. She traveled almost 1000 miles away to place her child up for adoption. Said woman was going through a divorce (marriage was only 7 months long), There was DNA testing ordered. She refused, via creative means (stating it wasn't convenient), getting the DNA testing done. She then left the sate to Colorado, and put the child up for adoption.

There was no evidence of abuse, No evidence of anything bad. She had a restraining order, but he was proved innocent. And before someone says this is fake, below is the actual court proceeding.

I will state that if the father had done this to a mother, he would be going to prison for parental kidnapping.

Considering a baby can be dropped off in a safety box at a fire department with no questions asked, I would think so. But I guess the question would be answered at the end of the video by the judges answer. I did not watch it to find out though.

Yeah he is fighting it. Of course if the DNA tests show he isn't the father he plans to drop it.

Absolutely. I can't help but think that there's a pretty good chance he is not the father though, considering how sneaky she was trying to be. If he is the father then I hope he can stop it, but honestly he would be better off if it wasn't his

I know someone who put her kid in foster care while collecting child support. She lived in another state than the dad and she never faced any consequences. The kid ratted her out and went to live with the dad. She continued to demand child support and he had a hard time fighting the order in court because the two states were not communicating. That was just the beginning.

This mother kid napped her kid back after the well ran dry. Again, she crossed state lines and as long as she stays out of the dad’s state she will not face an arrest. Meanwhile, she managed to collect welfare from her state who then garnished his income. Crazy stuff!

It's very simple, make a law where adoption is forbidden if one of the parents os missing, not only that the parents will sign the paper but will do it in front witnesses too!
