Should a mother be able to put a child up for adoption without the knowledge or consent of the father?

This just came across my feed and it just seems so sad.. Its from Florida.. This lady is putting her two year old daughter up for adoption, the father is fighting it but because literally ALL family courts favor the mother we all know how that is going to go. This bitch of a mother instead told him that his daughter passed from SIDS as a cover for the adoption.

“It’s hard," Marteliz said. "Sometimes I can come in here, and sometimes I can’t.”

Marteliz's only child is a daughter he has never met.

“I had books for her, a few toys, tons of clothes. I’m getting ready to give them away because I know they’re not going to fit her anymore," Marteliz said.

His daughter will turn two in January.

Marteliz took a picture with his child's mother two days before she gave birth.

"Hands on her, talking to my daughter through her stomach. You know, I was there, I was with her," Marteliz said. "We had her name picked out and everything."

I would bet CPS, Heart of Adoptions, and the judge have a symbiotic relationship. Adoptive parents pay big bucks and everybody gets a cut. It's a mill. It doesn't matter what's best for the child.

I do have to wonder why the guy knocked up that bitch. I have a certain amount of contempt for "baby daddies". And why is she so mad at him in the first place? They didn't mention that in the article.

If she wants to have the child adopted , he must first be offered custody , he must not simply be bypassed. This individual She is simply an EVIL witch , completely ludicrous situation.

This is despicable. I feel for the father, the child, amd the adoptive parents, who undoubtedly have come to love the child. All of them will suffer because of this horrible bitch. I can't comprehend what makes anyone do something like this.

Normally no. But if the child is a result of rape, it's with an abusive partner or they couldn't get an abortion for an unwanted pregnancy, then yeah.
