How do I handle my narcissistic mother’s friends who roll their eyes at me?

My mother is narcissist and she always badmouth me to her friends every time I see her friends they always roll their eyes at me. Wtf did I do to them? So what should I do to change their opinion of me?

A mother shouldn't do this to her daughter! You are precious, and be aware of the value of kendo, my dear, and I'm sure you'll be very successful. Sometimes mothers force their children to do things they themselves couldn't do and only dreamed of. If you don't have children, your mother will consider you a failure. For example, your mother wants to be a teacher, but you want to be a singer. When you become a singer, your mother will see you as a failure. Don't try to change anyone's mind; if those people were smart, they would try to get to know you instead of following your mother's opinions. I think their only purpose in life is gossip, so just ignore those people.

Know your worth. The thing that annoys me most is when women constantly talk about female solidarity and then bully other women.

You can’t control the actions of another person, much less their thoughts. Instead of thinking about changing the image of you given to them by your mother who constantly badmouths you, think about if these people are worth having in your life

Why do you care what they think about you? They are narcissistic so you probably won't ever change their opinion about you. I would forget them and go on with my life.

Do the opposite of what they are expecting from what they have been told. They are expecting you to be a bad person. It will blow their minds and realize they were misinformed and change their opinion of you. 🙂👍
