I go to bed before them because I leave so early in the morning for work, that it's kind of an honor system thing, but if I know they're getting tired, I may have to actually enforce it a bit. But I tell them to get in bed at 9:00 because both of them have the same trouble I have falling asleep, so the sooner they start the better.

Electronics off at 8. In their rooms by 830. Lights off at 9. My kids are 11 and 13.

We generally try to have them in bed by 8. It usually ends up being closer to 8:30 🙄
