Should I message my ex‑coworker to confront her about her dog?

I used to work with an old bitch who was obsessed with dogs and thought they rule the world. I had one of her dogs jump on me and nearly rip my jumper. I told her I didn't like her dog and she threw a tantrum at me.

I nearly slapped her. I couldn't say much or they would kick me out as she was friends with the director.

I really want to message her and tell her she is a bitch and how disgusting she and her dogs are, and that I will sue her for her dogs.

Don’t message her , just call the cops on her and report what her dog did to you , She will more than likely be charged for animal out of control. Some people are mentally insane when it comes to pets , they treat their pets like they are human beings that act like they do no wrong and center their whole life around them. The lady is clearly mentally ill and needs professional help.
