"Lose" as in they passed on or she took your little girl and left. Because them passing away is horrific. And you likely never will fully get over it. But a woman walking out on a guy is a very common tale today. This is why so many men are opting out of the relationship scene these days. Because men know regardless of how good a relationship may SEEM on the surface. It's likely ONLY temporary. Because the vast majority of women today simply are not built for long term commitment.
Like all loss you don't move on it becomes a part of your life. Which only you can control how it affects you. But it will never go away it will change and sometimes it destroy you emotionally of little triggers and other times you will be at peace. But you are never past losing the ones you love the most.
You'll never fully move on sadly. You learn to live with the pain. Stay close to God and family. My condolences to you 🙏🏾
Other family, counseling, prayer. Time will be a big factor. So sorry for your loss. That is terrible.
