Should I be mad/disappointed? Friend bailed on my birthday?

I had a party last Saturday, and my friend didn't come because partying isn't her thing I guess and her boyfriend didn't want her to go (like usual.) I was cool about it, and she said she would spend my actual birthday with me. We had school today, apparently she slept at her boyfriend house last night, and she didn't come to school for whatever reason. She hasn't even texted me or anything to say happy birthday. Basically it's 4:30 and I Haven't heard from her and probably wont. what would you do?

That was a crappy thing for her to do. Sometimes we get so tied up in the BF/GF that other relationships get put on the way side. Just tell her you missed her and that it's disapointing she could not even be bothered to give you a call. Then leave it at that. She's not being a good friend right now, but you're friends for a reason right? So continue being a good friend and hopefully she'll come back around.

I would talk to her and tell her you are disappointed in her. Tell her you were looking forward to hanging out with her and tell her how you feel when she ditched you. She is not acting like a good friend. (btw happy birthday)
