The other night I went out to the bar with some friends and we all crashed at a friends house. I was in the middle of explaining to my boyfriend that I didn't want to drive home and he was complaining that he didn't want me sleeping over at another guys house even though they are my friends and other girls were present.. .then My phone went dead

when the night came to an end I was laying on one end of the couch and my best friend was sitting at the other end. I fell asleep and later woke up to him laying behind me rubbing my leg and eventually my butt... I laughed at him (He was REALLY drunk, and maybe half asleep) and moved to another couch.

My boyfriend is crazy sensitive and insecure and this friend of mine is really the only good friend I have.

Do I tell my boyfriend about the incident, he's already mad I stayed over elsewhere

and also, since I told my friend what happend he's been avoiding me? Infact he called me to make plans and I told him what happend and he ditched me the rest of the night?

Idk, for me it doesn't seem like that big of a deal. You handled it well, and your friend was probably drunk and not even really aware what he was doing or who he was doing it too.

I say let it pass. Because he's avoiding you he is probably really embarassed by it, or possibly knows your Boyfriend is a jealous type and doesn't want to deal with that either.

If it has been more of a groping type deal or you felt threatened/harassed by the move for whatever reason, then different story.

Well, you realize that once you tell this to your boyfriend, it will cause two things: 1.) He will become more controlling over you and more paranoid-jealous, and 2.) he will develop a serious contempt for your best friend.

That being said, I don't think you should lie to your boyfriend, I just think you should be aware of the consequences.

If that was all that happened and your friend was drunk then I wouldn't mention it to your boyfriend unless he does something else. Telling him would probably just cause unnecessary arguments. Also, it sounds like your friend might secretly have feelings for you that he let show under the influence of alcohol, and now he's embarrassed... I could be wrong though.

I agree. It's just going to cause problems and also as far as the friend goes. He sounds like he may be a little bit embarrassed about what he did which is why he avoided you. I would play off last night like it's no big deal and let him know you're not mad and don't tell the bf.

I think you should tell him. My boyfriend is really sensitive about a friend of mine, who if he even hugs me, he gets frustrated.

Geez, that's why people DON'T put themselves in this situation in the first place. In a similar scenario, my boyfriend let a promiscuous female mutual friend stay over one night because she forgot her keys or some lame excuse from her (umm..she lived with her parents.) To this day, I wonder what happened that night they were together in his apartment. It'd piss me off to hear that something DID happen but even if he never told me, I willstill wonder about it.

Well your boyfriend sounds a lot like me.i think you should tell him because if you don't he's still gonna be feeling insecure and imagining more things than jusy groping hell probly imagine you 2 having sex and stuff either way so I suggest gou come clean and confess.tell him your sorry that you didn't listen.if you dojt tell him you'll always have that secret and you'll want to tell him one day its better to tell him now
