Mine is my dad & in a way I feel bad about feeling this way towards him. He’s a good person but out of everyone in my life he’s always annoyed me the most I lose my patience quickly. I think it stems from when I was younger, my mom divorced him after cheating & I feel like he took his frustration out on me. I’m his only child & my parents are good friends, he lives in another state but I get irritated when he calls too much. It’s known that his side of the family is shitty, he’s single (by choice) & my moms family has always pointed out that I’m all he has which is too much pressure to me. Back in HS/college he used to take his frustration out on me even living in another state & one day I cut all contact with him. We didn’t talk for 3 years & since speaking again we’ve been on good terms. I just lose my patience with him so quickly, he asks the same questions over again & it’s like he thinks he looks cute playing clueless every once in a while. My mom said he does that with me bc he doesn’t know what else to talk about with me, what if I was married or had a man? Would I still be expected to make sure I’m at his beckoning call? I don’t know if I can ever move past this 🫣

I wanted an abortion immediately when I found out I was pregnant mainly because I always thought kids were brats and I didn’t want a baby by him or any man. He denied me the abortion money that he did have, I asked other people who didn’t have it and I didn’t have it and my insurance didn’t cover it. Fast forward my kid is now a toddler and no longer 2, he’s 3 and definitely has signs of adhd. I’m so over it!! Imagine being over 35 with a child single parenting them, the dad is a deadbeat (not that I want him I just want help with the child from hell) and lastly the kid has a disorder that has ruined my life and happiness. I wish I could’ve miscarried 💯

This is my wife's account but she told me to post to get some feedback. She is convinced she is right. I'm convinced I am.

Neither me or my wife wanted a dog but our oldest son started begging for awhile and her and I made a decision that we would give it a trial run. We had a family member with a litter of pups and she gave us one. The dog is now almost 3. From the beginning she has had behavioral issues. She whines excessively (literally 24/7) but that has gotten better. For the first year she refused to use the bathroom outside at all. It was like she was afraid of grass and dirt. She would just start whining and shaking like a leaf whenever she was brought outside and then would shit indoors the second you brought her in. But again, that has gotten better though she still has accidents at random (which pisses the wife off because sometimes it's right after she's been outside for over a half hour already). She's a super anxious dog as well and she panics if you aren't touching her constantly. Even if she is in her kennel (not locked or anything) she will be staring at you the whole time and either whining or shaking. Every time you get up to move she is immediately chasing after you and this leads to no time alone at all. And to top it off, our son hates the dog. This stems from this was supposed to be his dog but the dog took to me and no one else and won't even hang out with our son. She wants nothing to do with him and he's tired of her behaviors. I've been training her since we got her and she is just now starting to act even remotely trained and will only do things for treats. My wife and son want to re-home the dog because they say that we don't have the resources and it's "negligent" to have her here. They say this because the dog won't even eat unless I am standing by her food dish with her. Wife says that I'm enabling bad behaviors by "allowing" her anxiety to continue (I won't medicate her due to other health issues). I say she's family and she stays.

I’m not in a position atm, but I think in the future id like to either foster children or adopt one. It’s not the same I rescue animals and with animals I always feel like it’s so much more helpful to foster many bc all of them find homes rather then adopt one give it whole but the ones in need of ahold can be put down. Children won’t be put down but they may end up stuck in “public housing” theory ought childhood. Plus often the ones most in need of foster care have been looked over. If any of the children wanted to be adopted eventually, I guess we could look into it but I feel funny just saying ok I’ll take this child... I think they should have a chance to be age then decide to themselves who they are comfortable with.

I lost my parents young I had beautiful too few years with my great grandmother, then nearly a deface of hell (till I ran away) w/ my guardian... I’d like to be a safe place for kids who need it. Dk i guess I Lean towards foster.

I loved in Toulouse when I was very young, I absolutely adored it but that was probably also due to my great grandmother 💞

I’m considering moving back but I didn’t think there Weill be the same acting opportunities there- well def there will not be.

The only thing making me tentative is I often hear people there are cold. I’ve been there but I was not there for very long periods of time. I’m a very outgoing person half the time and introverted the other half, so I’m wondering what my quality of life might be for the first 50% if the time 😂

Obviously, if you are a tourist people will not seem as friendly as if you live somewhere but ok I treated to know from Peoria who love their either born there sir migrayed later in life, how do you find the culture socially?

i am kind of annoyed because my mom keeps saying Im wrong to have guys for my friends. I have 4 friends and 3 are guys. They are not my boyfriend or anything. Then she lets my brother be rude to me about it. He said they just want to take my virginity. What do you think?
