The first 2, and Israel, are very surprising.

I'm not sure about the percentage, but I know that some "Westerners" (like me) do like "red hair & freckles", "female body hair" and "(female) long hair".

I’m a Westerner but I don’t find any of those gross, although the neck rings and lip plates look uncomfortable.

In Haiti i find it quite weird to be honest but the men like their women with not only all their body hairs like the Punjab but armpit hair, hairy legs, sometimes even facial hair.

I love the big women, women with body hair, women with no body hair and redheads with freckles. I would say long hair but not when it goes past the waist.
