#FACTS....I was actually shocked years ago that my friend, with two degrees to his name, and one of the most intelligent people I know, did that dumb cinnamon challenge...and I'm just like, you're an adult, you've already seen dozens of times what would happen, and you still did it......I don't get it. First of all, since when does the cinnamon challenge involve injection? And yea cinnamon is a chemical, jusrlt like almosrlt all matter. You know, things like lemon, ice, gold any food you can think of.

And then it dissolves and causes no long-term harm. A tide pod will actually break down the cells in your body. It causes a chemical reaction where fat and water are basically forced to become soluble with eachother. It will burn your throat. It's a form of necrosis. If it gets in your lungs from coughing, it will do so much damage to your lungs, they'll fill up with water and you'll die but only after hours of pain, suffering and foaming at the mouth.

I just think it's a little silly to act like that, and seeing if you can take a spoonful of cinnamon without coughing are the same thing.
