Emotional attachment to hair?

Why does it seem like so many of us have such an emotional attachment to our hair?

Maybe it's just a long haired person problem.

I looked at the hair I was about to cut off and thought that looked like a decent trim. I ended up cutting off just about 7"(if you pull the curl and measure end to end) last night! Then, even though it looked fine, I felt like it as too short

Hair is a big part of our identity. It helps shape how we look and more importantly how we view ourselves.

It's a symbol of who we are. We have been styling our hair for hundreds of thousands of years.

Because it takes so long to grow. I think women hair grow faster then men. It would take me forever to grow my hair that long.😂

I don't know why this happens but everytime I have some of my hair cut off I die a little inside

I cut my hair every 4 months.. I don't like to cut it.. But weather push me to do it..

I think attachments to hair are lame. It's hair; it'll grow back. I had mine easily as long as yours and cut it all off. No regrets
