Does it give you super powers? You’re probably just paying for a name, it probably doesn’t have any metal value to it so it’s not worth it, it’s not it has any special craftsmanship

Worth material wise no. But because of the brand it will sell for that and close to that from even a second hand dealer.

Nope.
Only the white one looks alright but I wouldn't pay more then 30€ for that.
NO... nothing unique besides the brand.
i rather buy a knock off.

Did anyone else think "hey, this would make a great belt if someone ever made arm-pants?" No? Just me? Well, erm, in any case, I'd only be paying for something like that if I realllllly loved the letter H, had $600 dollars to completely burn, and, for whatever reason, felt like my wrists needed to wear a belt that day for that extra touch of modesty.
Granted, I'm also a very cheap person at heart, and one would be hard pressed to get me to buy jewelry more expensive than a full *cough* plastic *uncough* gold watch from an arcade crane game. With that in mind, I don't think they're worth it.
But hey, maybe an alphabet-enthusiast out there likes to wear this to match their under armour 'x' gear. I suppose 'high-end' fashion is weird like that. It's not worth it to me, but someone else may like it. If Jil Sander could sell a paper bag for $290 ( https://nypost.com/2012/08/29/the-290-paper-bag/ ), this is much more tame in comparison. If you compare the H bracelet to just the price of 2 paper bags though, it doesn't seem that bad anymore.Firstly you need to understand " brands " and how " wants " are created.
Take this thing apart and work out the value of the componentry , it would just be maybe $10 if the gear is excellent , hence what are you actually buying ? Well there is no value in the item so you are kidding yourself by trying to show off a " brand " , which is simply a marketing spend not a product. Already they will be working on another that is probably $1800 .
The only person who needs self affirmation like this is a drug dealer , if just a massive waste of money , now you take the money and compound an investment and you will have something at the end.
But this stuff is just rubbish. I have spent much of my life in brand creation , it makes me cringe when I see the dishonesty , aimed at the vulnerable would be's.I personally don't think any bracelet is worth anywhere near that much, but I'm not much of a jewelry wearer, myself. The leather quality is probably great if it's the same stuff they use for their horse tack, though.
I'm an equestrian and am somewhat familiar with Hermes saddles. They were all the rage in the 70's and 80's, but were the most expensive saddles on the market (and are still incredibly expensive) and hardly anyone could afford them. I've never ridden in one, but they're said to be very well balanced and high quality. However, I think a big part of the price you're paying for is the name as well. I can imagine that goes for all of their products, but if I'm not wrong, name is a big part of fashion accessories.No.
Hermes makes some great (and very highly priced even for the quality) leathergoods. I’m not sure of the point of the bracelet though. I get that people sometimes like a brand and want stuff that is associated with it. But Hermes actually does produce stuff in that price range that are a lot nicer.
For women, most obviously that’s their silk scarves which are absolutely top quality.I think anyone who would buy a $600 accessory is dumb asf! The only thing that I would buy at that price is things that I can get turn from (I. e. appliances, electronics, etc...) nothing that just sits on my wrist that may look nice and I wear once in a while
I bought a Collier du Chen for my wife. She loves it. Generally Hermes items have high resale value, so if you decide you don't want it you can probably resell it for most of the purse price. But check eBay and make sure.
No thats a total rip off
It really has zero value. You couldnt sell that for even 20 bucks after if you wanted too
Its gold plated. I dont buy jewelry like that
Only precious metals. Mostly goldWhy would I pay 600 to wear a letter H and have people ask if my names Helen? Besides isn't Hermes also the name of the shit courier service that loses your parcels.
No. Nothing is really worth that much money. Designer clothes, shoes, jewelry, etc. are all rip offs. Why in the world would anyone in their right mind want to spend $600 on a bracelet? I mean what does the bracelet do? Give you superhuman strength? No. Spending that kind of money on something like that is just ridiculous.
Am I a hypocrite? ↗Nope. Wouldn't even pay 20 dollars for that hideous modern junk.
I own jewelry from the 1800s that is worth triple that amount but I paid less than a hundred for it.its worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it. Hermes marketing dept has determined it is worth it. You need to figure out if its worth it for you to give away $600 to have it.
I'm sure it is well made and it's nice looking. I wouldn't do it but that is because it doesn't talk to me. Everyone has their splurge thing. I know people who spend $300 on concert tickets.
Honestly, probably not. I’m not gonna pretend like I haven’t spent too much on jewelry at Tiffany’s or David Yurman before, but for what that bracelet is, I think $600 is too much.
Only if you have money to throw away. An ornament is not worth anything. You can get up to 14% interest on your money in a proper investment fund a bracelet is just that a bracelet.
The actual value of that is probably closer to $6, not $600.
I probably wouldn't pay $6 for it though, it's ugly as hell and looks cheap. It’s ‘I want to get noticed but I’ve no other way of doing this’
If it's for decoration I set the limit to 120$ depending on what it is. There is no point to use more money then that. Same with shoes and backpack's same limit. The quality don't sky rocket at all after that price.
No lol i just bought a uses 4wheeler for $400 and will have way more fun lol
It depends how they compare to other bracelet prices
I'd wear it for a day if someone gave me $600, it's ugly, but not that ugly...
