I'm not an expert on silver jewelry, but it seems rather overpriced
If you’re talking about sterling silver and just a simple band, go on amazon. It shouldn’t be much over 10-15 bucks. There’s a shop called metalfactory or something like that that sells sterling silver rings for like 8 bucks. I got a little solitaire from them and wore it for over 5 years until I bent one of the prongs, which is likely to happen with a soft metal like silver

If it's solid silver which it probably isn't about $3 in metal value. A typical silver band ring would go for like $50 brand new to some unsuspecting bait animal that is attracted to shinny objects. If there is some reason to justify excellent craftsmanship or some antique value then maybe more to some art snob.
As a person who also prefers silver I hope it has the 925 stamp on it. Looks like a nice ring but unless it is pure silver I can't justify a $240 price tag.
