Not necessarily, but I know they perfect the skin on models, using makeup, computer editing and so on, they cover up things like scars and moles and other imperfections.

But the bulge itself, I don't know if they consider it worth altering, maybe they do, maybe they think it emphasises the product and makes it seem better at holding larger guys "Packages" but who knows, right?

I always assumed the opposite. They either hire models with small balls and small soft penises, or they airbrush them out. Every girlfriend I've ever had has said "you could never be an underwear model," because my soft penis and balls would look obscene in an advertisement.
