What’s the coldest temperature that one can wear flip flops outside and not be considered weird-looking or unsightly?

I wear flip flops in the rain because once you’re inside, your shoes and feet can dry and not stay wet like closed toed shoes do.

it only matters how long you're out in the cold. i always wear flip flops.

For walking to the mailbox, about 30. For wearing all day, 70.
